Possible New Contracts for the following NFL players

It's that time of year. Also known as Free Agency.
Some players are leaving, some are staying, who knows where each player is going to go?
For a few guys, I feel like here are some pretty logical contracts to keep the player with his current team.

C. Kaepernick, QB, SFO:
Wants close to $18M per season. Current salary: just under $800K.
I definitely think he is underpaid but that is because of his rookie contract. He's worth a certain number in the millions range, but not 18M because I don't think he's gotten to that level of Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers, who are paid $18M and $20M respectively. He'll get there though.
Suggested contract:
7 years, $68M, $28M guaranteed

N. Suh, DT, DET:
Could be franchise-tagged within the next two seasons which would make him have to be paid close to $26M per season. Even with the $133M cap, the Lions can't afford to pay Suh that kind of money.
Suggested contract:
6 years, $74M, $25M guaranteed

J. Allen, DE, MIN:
Is not likely to return to Minnesota but whoever signs him can consider it. He's older now, and he isn't the same guy he used to be. I'd still give him a long-term contract but I wouldn't give too much guaranteed money.
Suggested contract:
4 years, $45M, $18M guaranteed

Other quarterbacks who are due some long-term contracts:
R. Wilson, QB, SEA:
Is just the 6th QB to win a Super Bowl in his first two seasons. Undersized at QB but plays bigger than he is. He has really good mechanics like a top-5 QB does. He has an unbelievable work ethic.
Suggested contract:
10 years, $175M, $70M guaranteed

N. Foles, QB, PHI:
Foles led his team to the division crown and he has gotten better since he entered the league. Has room for improvement and is largely accurate. His team fell to the Saints led by Drew Brees, but Brees is a seasoned veteran and his team is more playoff-experienced. I think he's worth signing to a long-term deal soon, but he's only entering his 3rd season in the league so this would not be done until after next season.
Suggested contract:
9 years, $87M, $31M guaranteed

A. Luck, QB, IND:
Luck is in the same boat as Foles regarding the contract situation and when negotiations can begin. He has helped turn the Colts franchise around since they hit bottom in 2011 going 2-14 without Peyton Manning. The former no.1 overall pick has every tool that's needed in a successful NFL quarterback, especially mentally.
Suggested contract:
8 years, $172M , $64M guaranteed
